By using the Chaperone platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform. - Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Chaperone. By using the platform, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement. - User Accounts
To access certain features of Chaperone, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. - Use of the Platform
Chaperone provides a platform to connect digital nomads, remote professionals, and travelers. You may use the platform for personal or professional purposes. You agree not to misuse or interfere with the platform’s functionality, services, or other users’ experience. - Content
You retain the rights to your personal content but grant Chaperone a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content as part of the platform’s operation. - Subscription Fees
Some features of Chaperone require a paid subscription. All subscription fees are clearly outlined on the platform. By subscribing, you agree to pay the relevant fees. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. - Privacy and Security
Your use of the platform is also governed by Chaperone’s Privacy Policy. You agree to our use of personal data as outlined in the policy. - Termination
Chaperone reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. - Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Chaperone provides the platform “as-is,” with no warranties. We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the use of the platform, including but not limited to errors, interruptions, or loss of data. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles. - Changes to Terms
Chaperone may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. By continuing to use the platform, you accept the updated Terms.
